Chiropractor
Dr. Jeff Albing graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, OR in 2011 which is well-known for its rigorous evidence-based curriculum that is comparable to most medical schools. He believes in an evidence-based approach to healing and facilitates the body’s natural healing processes.
He enjoys working with complex conditions involving chronic pain and multiple problem areas. He also specializes in motor vehicle collision cases and is an expert witness for trials, arbitrations, and chart reviews. Dr. Jeff has two Bachelor of Science degrees; cellular and molecular biology and human biology. He utilizes a multi-modal approach which incorporates other specialties when needed such as physical therapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, and medical doctors. Dr. Jeff has been an affiliate faculty member for the University of Western States. He is very active in all sports; especially ice hockey, soccer, snowboarding, tennis, surfing, and running. Dr. Jeff is also a dual citizen of Sweden and the United States and he is currently learning to speak Spanish. He has a small farm with his finance and 4-year-old son. They have horses, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, and cats.

Dr. Solomiya Bachinsky, CEO of Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center, brings over a decade of experience in chiropractic care, specializing in personal injury, work related injuries, DOT physicals, integrative medicine, and chronic back pain management.
Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Bachinsky is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Her early volunteer work in a chiropractic clinic sparked her dedication to the field.
Dr. Bachinsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
With extensive expertise in a range of chiropractic services, Dr. Bachinsky leads Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center in delivering comprehensive care, including spinal adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and advanced pain management techniques. As CEO, she guides the strategic direction of the center, setting policies and objectives that ensure optimal patient care, operational efficiency, and productivity. She actively evaluates performance metrics, identifies opportunities for cost savings, and explores program enhancements.

Ben serves as the practice manager for Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center, where he oversees day‑to‑day operations and ensures a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient.
With years of experience in chiropractic and wellness administration, Ben is committed to supporting the clinical team so they can focus on delivering exceptional care. He coordinates scheduling, manages staff and resources, and implements processes that promote efficiency and excellence in patient services. Aliona is the friendly face who greets every patient at Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center. As our front desk receptionist, she ensures that each visit begins with a warm welcome and a seamless check‑in process.
Aliona handles appointment scheduling, answers patient questions, and coordinates communication between practitioners and clients, all while maintaining a calm and organized reception area. She is dedicated to making everyone feel comfortable and cared for, whether they’re coming in for their first consultation or returning for ongoing therapy. Doctor’s Assistant, Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center
Galina works closely with the chiropractic team at Pacific Chiropractic & Wellness Center as a dedicated doctor’s assistant. In her role, she helps ensure that each patient’s visit is smooth and effective from start to finish.
Galina prepares treatment rooms, assists the doctors during adjustments and therapies, and provides guidance to patients on exercises and self‑care routines.
